But then again, about the patch, DD get massive buff again, with the last stand becoming pretty much a free skill, torp speed acceleration with loss of range, torp reload 1 time buff, as Shimikase torp spam wasnt bad before...High tier battles where torps can be fired long before the DD is spotted, will become even more fun, and even less players will play them, prefering mid tiers. AA nerf, futile atemt to revive secondary arnament with hardcore grinding, i doubt that BB that can get it will switch their defence points for an unknown skill.
