Remember, Gremyashi survived the gun nerf (HE damage and fire chance) that all RU DDs got. The Gremy didn't escape the AA rebalancing untouched so I doubt the Yubari will get any special treatment. Its fire power, err what fire power, lol. Its engines or steering get taken out just about every shot it takes.
