There is a very rare premium Russian Premium ship. In Soviet Russia ship pays you it is called Sovyetsky Medvev if you can afford that ship it is the most op pay to win ship.

Hands down the warspite, most consistant ship for me, even in T8 games you can put up a strong fight and cause high damage to your opponents

Well, tirpitz and atago have the advantage of also being a great ships for ranked games.

Won't make you a winner tho, as both are rather common in teams.
