As no one can collect more than 300 pearls, a top 3 would be impossible (one could determine the 3 that got 300 first, though). I fixed that (I got 295 on the NA server - I don't play CV's). As for ships, not players - a ship is nothing but a mass of steel without its Captain/crew. But yeah, maybe it could have been more clear. At last, i did it, but it was the worst gaming experience i ever had with this game. A victory to defeat ratio with a peak of 1 victory for 5 defeats, despite all efforts, with a bunch of games which ended something like 12 to 0-3 losses...wow... i never experienced so much incompetence in a MMO... You should unleash that Gremlin you have sitting in dock... Once fully mastered in it you have actual chances for trying to pull not so good team into victory and usually can get good score in fail teams making playing in those teams at least little less frustrating. The stated deadline you refer to was simply to show the event would end on February 24 even if 10 million pearls hadn't been collected. In regards to the restoration ending when we'd collected 10 million pearls, we said in our article: A few days after the project launched we also clarified via a forum post: "With the current planning, the event will end as soon as we hit 10 million pearls. If you do not have 260 pearls at that point, you will only be eligible for the lottery. (Provided you have at least 150 pearls)." Despite this, I am sorry for your situation. Longer answer: No, you do not get any pearls by sharing in social media, you only add (I think it was 10 pearls) per Like and Share to the total amount of pearls for the global goal. Frankly, I wouldn't even have joined Project R if I knew beforehand. So please, make such conditions known to all gamers from the beginning. The official announcement only says that project R will end on February 24th. Period. It isn't made clear that Project R would end that instant when 10 millions pearls were collected. But there was nothing I couldn't have bought with Euros. The Kamikaze R (The guaranteed one with 260 pearls) was the one thing that made me play WoWs again. I don't like to gamble, so the 150 pearls raffle wasn't a motivation for me. The 260 pearls was a goal I wanted to achieve even after having a late start (around January 25th). As it looks right now, I'm stranded with 231 pearls. But that really Isn't that much of an issue, just a bit of disappointment. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Simply because I didn't realize in time that there was an event that required me to manually join by clicking a button in a website. I joined late in a Sunday, but couldn't manage to complete that weeks missions because the week changed on me while gathering the pearls. It would be nice if gathering the 260 pearls was actually possible for me. Personally, I would prefer a more fixed deadline and the event running until it so that it would actually be possible to reach the guaranteed Kamikaze tier. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Such a shame that WG excluded people who could not play every single week from chance to get 260 pearls. I went skiing for a week, which is why I lost the chance. I think there are a lot of such players. But classical WG's attitude towards players, I would say - allure them on something and let them pay if they have a life beside the computer games. With the current Project R that's how it is now, but I have a little suggestion for the next such event: let it end at the server reboot at the end of the day the objective has been reached. With the dodgy "score" display sometimes going back and forth, and with different life schedules for many people that would be a bit more fair overall. E.g. no missing the personal goal because your battle ended a minute late. I think we will reach the 10 million before monday, but if not, this would also allow people with different life schedules to benefit from the last weekly mission reset. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
