In the end even though i started late still made 263 yesterday at the 8.7mil mark with an achievable 5pearl mission still to complete ... And the carrier mission which would have been challenging. (Read you beggars would have had to carry me to the 10wins) Dont think wg should change the targets. I think we surprised them with the enthusiasm we went after this. I was in france visiting the inlaws first week and I thought I was screwed - was just lucky I hit all the other targets. hopefully you'll get to 150 and the lottery ... but the other thing to think of is all the personal and community milestones that gave you free stuff. There is only one real goal to this event: collecting 10 million pearls. If we do not reach 10m the event fails. In addition to reaching this goal, you can qualify for the lottery or the guaranteed Kamikaze R by contributing 150/260 pearls or more. I prefer missions / projects like ARP Kongo or ARP Myoko too, especially if they have no fixed deadlines .. so it is fully up to me when I finish them ... but, I have not set up rules for Project R and .. I have no tools to force other players to reach 10 mil pearls. What I can do is .. to fully concentrate on my effort to ensure the desired result. The goal 10 mil pearls will be reached with high probability till 24 th Feb, but ... will you send me e.g. 100 dollars if not? It would have been nice if, once you hit 260, you quit collecting them. WG could have easily done it this way but either didn't think about it, or didn't want to spend the time programming it in. I am mixed about players who seem to have them in the 300 range... Good for them, but yea the others are out of it... Unfair?... Not sure... I only heard about Project R via the World of Tanks forum... The WoWS and WOWP News portal leaves a lot to be desired.. And I normally ignore most of the launcher adverts...
