I think my favourite bit is that the only punctuation used is exclamation marks. In my head I just substitute "lawyer" with "mum". Sub 50% at tier 7? You still need to work on it although it is getting better, as trolling goes that is . You still need to learn to use more than just the exclamation mark when using punctuation or you could try to use multiple exclamation marks if you want to really hammer home your point !!!!!! Has your mum let you back on the PC for being good and finishing your chores? Just a couple of points the game is free so you don't actually have to pay for anything it was your Mum's choice to give you pocket money that you spent on the game. The other point is the MM works exactly as WG say it is going to work that might not be to your's or my liking but they have not said it would work in any other way so not bugged. If you come up with a claim, which case you're willing to fight through with the help of the lawyer, you should elaborate your cause a bit more. Asking for a balanced game is like asking for a good car. Both are to subject to your individual viewpoint. Did you check the end user agreement wether your claim is valid at all? So the OP wants "skill based MM", it's not a new demand it's been there in WoT and WoWp from before WoWs was a glint in SerBs eye. That in and of itself doesn't make the OP an imbecile. But the OP also says if WG don't implement "skill based MM" he will sue them (I doubt WG lawyers are shaking in their boots here). Let me ask the OP a simple question, on what grounds are you going to sue them? When did WG ever say you would get teams balanced on skill? Answer, they've never said it, in fact in the past they have actually gone out of their way (I'm thinking of Storm's Q&As here) to say it will not be implement into their games, for many reasons (go look them up). I'm not sure what the legal system is in whatever country you live in but usually you can only sue someone in the manner you are referring if either (a) they have mislead you or (b) failed to deliver what they promised. As WG never said they would ever have skill based MM in WoWs you have not been mislead and since they never promised to deliver skill based MM you can't argue they failed to keep their promise. If you were actually dim enough to take this to a legal firm the odds are pretty high you;d be met with the same sort of derisive laughter you are getting in this thread. If you actually managed to find a firm stupid enough to take this to court then I hope you have a big wallet as you will be needing it. Also may I suggest you try harder with the English translation and grammar, even Google Translate will do a better job. Oh and nobody here works for WG, you don't need to be a WG employee to point out something moronic, actually I think a WG employee is less likely to spot something moronic if their Premium Shop "Bundles" were anything to go by. The average Joe would be OK, they'd get a match quickly, have a team equally skilled and be against equal opponents. The elite might have a harder time: trying to find 23 other 65%+ players at the same time at the correct tier might involve quite a bit of waiting. Can you image the teeth gnashing of the stat padders though? Their precious 60% WR meaning they're forced to play against people that don't sail in a straight line. Most hilarious though would be the true baddies: 24 players, none who can aim, all of who crash into islands/hide on the blue line, all raging in chat that it's exactly everyone else's fault.
