Are you aware of the fact that you can even equip the Roon for invisi fire at 16.9 km and beyond? Compare that to the other cruisers on T9, I think that is still a decent range. I was delighted playing my ibuki and Zao, but struggling to attain the best from Roon .Trying to use AP moslty, but almost every ship i encounter it angles itself...so i usually bounce (short/medium range), and at max range i barely do good damage neither citadels...if i am lucky and engage a BB or Crusier broadsie with my Ap..oh my, sweet damage peak, but it only happens ocassionally (( So i see my self using HE most of the time..feeling like i shouldn´t...doing poor damage and depending on fires to make some diference... to sum up: Brawler or sniper? AP at long ranges?? (at cruisers) or only those with thinner armor like the japanese ones or lower levels..
