Man, to be honest, I was a little spectical about buying it when I saw the price. People are complaining it is bundeled etc, yeah it is, but I don't regret buying it. I admit the RNG god was good to me, and got me into great MM with my tirpitz, but won 6 out of 7 games straight, and I am having so much fun with the ship....I am glad I bought it.

This could be a while as I hate BB play and I am having to much fun in my Grom class and my German cruisers and my Japanese DD`s. The current swarm of Tirpitz are very tasty for my DD`s though.

I'm pretty happy about having Tirpitzes on the enemy team and I'm in one myself. Rather that than the bounce fest that is the NC.

The ship is great, but the average captain less so.

Just got the Nagato so played a couple of games in PvE. A good idea as found the stock hull is a little fragile! However the point of the post was that the bots sailed their Tirpitzes (three of them) in a battle line - and they looked fantastic! They also performed very well and would have won if it had not been for one Tirpitz player on our side who was extremely good. I can imagine a division of them pushing forward as one in PvP being pretty unstoppable. Most I see in games tend to hang around the back with a few honourable exceptions.

Many people are just sad because they have no money to buy something like this for themselves. In reality majority of tirptiz players are strong players who already have tier +8 BBs experience with other ships. Only difference is that they have money and they are not cheep when it comes to buying something that they want. And these stories how someone has destroyed tirptiz are just shallow, tell me which ship or player was never got destroyed due to bad game? LOL

Hahahaha, sorry but I had to laugh.

 

The majority of tirpitz and mikhail players are just newbies that want to play the highest tier they can, in last 3 days I've seen 20ish Tirpitzes and probably the same amount of mikhails and i cant call any of those players good. Most of them died within 5 minutes.

Repeating what Troublemaker said, the Tirpitz is basically the Löwe of WoWs. Not bad but forever tainted by the not so good players who drive it.

Agreed. It is so annoying when you are trying to progress in your tier 6 cruiser and you have to count on your tier 8 tirpitz to do a proper job, when all they do is fire at max range and going in the opposite direction. Makes it very difficult for a cruiser when you can't attack enemies because nobody wants to support you.

That's the part of why i liked the Lowe and why i like the Tirpitz too. Lots of nasty surprises come from this.

Not all Tirpitz captains are bad players, thinking the player is bad because its a premium ship will instantly lose  you the brawl...who said that famous quote, "never under estimate thy enemy". Holds true in this game never think someone is bad because of the ship until they perform an action which shows their inexperience.

What I said was that their actions speak for themselves. Most of those players were incompetent because they were too new and inexperienced to the game and instantly jumped to T8, which ruins the game for both them and their team since instead of carrying the team they either rushed and died within 5 minutes or stood back and sniped.

Well this is easy to spot, and at Tier 8 most BBs sit back and sniper from 15 km because of the cruisers rain of fire. now i find in my NC most cruisers will not follow me if i lead the charge they tend to sit back and hide at range while i soak up the damage...

 

i dont get it people condemn Battleship players for staying at the back, then call them idiots when they try to advance and die quickly..if they die in 5 mins it is not them to blame but the team for not supporting a push..and leaving players alone...

 

the Lemming train works in this game really well due to sheer firepower.

Battleships should stay at optimal range (where cruisers can shoot as well). Those tirpitzes I was talking about stood at 20km+, were running when they should have pushed and so on. Oh and yes, I must not forget those amazing players that try to torp with tirpitzes at 15km+. Real gems.

eh you get all those in high tier ships to, not just premium ships. Ive had idiots torp from further then their range in high tier Cruisers. Tho i think they were trolling me, ive had BBs sit at the back all game and call me noob for pushing in my NC, these were not just Tiripitz players.

Same with WoT the Lowe was a sniper heavy...yea i know a heavy tank that sits back but when played right it was very dangerous, all im saying is ive made the mistake of under estimating the power of the Tirpitz and lost.

 

 

 

Its the Atagos you need to watch out for as they love to torp their own side.
