High tiers are insanly expensive, like in WOT best for farming are tiers 5 - 6 so you know what to do: buy one and pad stats by sealclubbing untill you have enough silver. ATM there is Błyskawica avilable in premium shop (and it`s really cheap by WOWS standards!) which is great sheep, or you can buy Murmansk for 2500 gold (which is best moneymaker in teh gaem IMO)...
