Real Pro Tips! Part 2

Hello fellow forum users,

here's the second part of my Real Pro Tips!

Once you've implemented these new tips into your gameplay, you can be assured that WG developers will have to start looking for a new job as you will be cruising through full BB salvos as if you were Neo in The Matrix, displaying a mastery of the game's mechanics that will make them believe you reprogrammed the game!

1.) If you are playing a CV and want to get an edge over the enemy CV, use the newly-installed warpgates!

Here is one of them in action:

2.) Hide constantly behind islands, especially as a BB and CA! If the enemy can't see you, they have to expect you from anywhere, causing them stress throughout the match and giving you an easy citadel hit 15 minutes into the battle! An excellent tip if you want to farm the Solo Warrior achievement, an honor only awarded to the best of the best. This means hiding behind islands clearly makes you an elite player.

Alternatively you can pretend to be AFK for the first 15 minutes of the match, but sadly this technique does not fool everyone and some may try to take you out before you start your rampage because they are afraid of your strength.

3.) Are you in a BB and want to kill DDs since damaging them gives the most experience? Drive away from the rest of your fleet! That way your teammates cannot ruin your concentration and you will be free to cast the secret gravity spell. WG may not have added a mage class to the game, but that doesn't mean you can't be one!

Watch all enemy DDs forcibly sail towards you because of your superior intellect! WG may reward you with plane kills as well for displaying such an act of power.

4.) Shoot at your teammates every now and then! Some players tend to stay zoomed in too long and fall asleep. A sudden citadel hit will wake even the most sound sleepers and protects them from running into enemy torpedos! This job should be left to the BBs as their higher damage numbers are more likely to wake a player up. Better a 10K citadel from a friendly than 50K torpedo damage from the enemy!

5.) Kill any teammates that are low on health! Denying enemies the kill is a technique well-known in MOBAs like League of Legends and DOTA and you can do it here, too! You don't want your enemy to receive the satisfaction of gaining a kill and the experience gain that comes along with it, do you?

If the enemy team still hasn't gotten a single kill 15 minutes into the match, they are gonna be really pissed!

6) Dont bother with the cap, let the enemy team take the easy way to victory.

7) If you are so afraid to face the enemy alone, you can always stick together in a comfortable green circle that is usually close to your spawn, if the enemy is closing in, you can move to a different corner of the map, remember, when you are with all your teammates the chances they will be shooting you are lower, thus giving you a chance to survive in the end.

i think you forgot the " always launch your torpedoes from behind a friendly screen of allies" rule, that way they stop the enemy seeing the torpedoes coming until its too late. :)
