As long as the council members get NO benefits from WG what so ever I am in favour of the idea, but if there is talk about meetings in Cyprus, free ships and so on I do not think it will help.

no benefits, the only benefit being the community benefits. ITS ALL ABOUT THE COMMUNITY  :)

Sounds great, if WG would go for it.

One last request, do keep this plonker out of it, he might get ideas:

So you mean sort of like the community contributors but improved, right?

As example some people in ST were asked to help WGEU with the Halloween special, I assume WG could do something like that again with the contributors(or again ST if WGEU needs more hands :D)

Yes , more clarity and information given on here via us. the community council would have no benefits for people involved, as such no bias would arise. The only benefit being the benefit we all see from our input being considered and heard. therefore making the game better and a happy community. A better system which breaks down the barriers. i have a post on such a matter i posted little bit earlier. Has worked wonderfully in the past with other companies titles.

This would also make whats happening way more TRANSPARENT. something many companies are wanting with the customers. Heck even government tries to be transparent

I take it you never saw how the *other flying game* Community Council turned out.

I voted no because I feel this either won't work or WG won't allow it. It is their game and they can do with it whatever they want unfortunately. I feel like they hear, but have their own plans which they intend to stick to.

I feel like there should be a bit more choice or it should be just YES or NO because I agree with both of your offered answers partially, and I think the poll should be anonymous :)

yes i should have made it anonymous, am finding out if i can rectify this now :)  but then in no way should ANYONE feel worried in voicing their opinion on these forums :)

I know, but as I said, I'm partially for both options so I don't want anyone to misunderstand me :honoring:

Poll is extremely biased.

Alternatives of a serious poll needs to be plain YES and NO, not half a book worth of OPs own values twisting the options to his/her desired favor...

So I will answer the poll like this instead.

Would you like to see a community council , with us as the people running the EU community prizes/shop bundles/feedback with community leaders?
No.

Do I feel Wargaming understand and listen to us
No.

I think the majority would answer the same way, if they had the option.

Also, I'm not sure if your a troll of if your serious in requesting that a company should hand out the power to set the prices and offers of their products to their customers???

That's like telling BMW to allow customers to set prices on their cars, and customers would set the price to be 1€ and bankrupt the company in a few hours...

EDITED AND FIXED. also no im not trolling, im actually deadly serious on this, ofcourse we couldn't set everything ! Its not just about actually running a shop. Its about effectively making sure the community can affect the game. I do not see how that is bad. but theres more too it than that, an initial idea must be built upon to become an effective implementation.

I agree with Hauptbahnhof. I voted ''YES'', but I am not entirely for the idea that the community sets prizes. I want to see more communication between us, the players of the game, and the WG. I wish they would listen to our wishes and explain to us, why they decided to do something, and why not. Me, as a player, have certain wishes, about the game, premium shop etc etc. Now I am very realistic, something I used to when dealing with Blizz, so I don't have much hope and I am not expecting much to happen.

Voted No. Community Councillors would just get unjustified hate, a bit like Supertesters :sceptic:

The idea is nice. However it wouldn't work/do anything and would just lead to more in fighting. So I voted no.

And who should be in that council?

What are the criteria for council membership?

How many people are in this council?

BTW, I voted no.

id say that the most active should be, also people who have been with the game for a long, time, as such knowledge of its lifetime development. Obviously democratically elected.

numbers, we would all have to decide on that as a community. I think we could do this very well :) , obviously people have different opinions but if done democratically i can see no problem :)
