Battleships are a waste of space

I don't even know why you bothered putting them in the game.... completely and utterly useless...

 

The maps not big enough for them, the destroyers and cruisers just alienate them, and aircraft carriers don't even know what they look like. I suppose you lot think they are well balanced mind you. the only ship worth anything in the game is cruisers no wonder there so many of them. Shame because i really like them, but what confuses me is you dont want too put submarines in the game because they OP, but you dont mind having Battleships in the game that cant do jack against the boats that would be targets for submarines.

 

I no longer can work this company out, the more i play, the more confused i get as too what the design brief was !!

You can't play bb's properly so they are broken.

Maybe you should try doing some research before crying. You know actually go look up how bb's are performing.

Well, the thing is, the only weak (non-premium) battleships are the ones at tier 3 and 4. At tier 5 and upwards, they go from balanced to well... somewhat too strong. There are (or used to be at least) an over-abundance of battleships at higher tiers and battleships tend to perform better than most classes as well. Of course, there are some bad ships in the lines (Colorado, Izumo, Nagato to some extent), but overall, they are by no means weak. It's just that at lower tiers, Cleveland and Murmansk/Omaha makes life a bit more difficult (though, did not have much problems with those ships in my Kongo/Fuso).

Aside from him being horrible at the game..

even he does better in BBs than in cruisers...

because *drumroll* BBs are stronger than cruisers...

lol compared to other ships they useless.... they need the other ships to babysit them or they just die (but still my fav things in game) so i keep playing with em, besides i dont mind losing and i dont play with any other ship types, if i played cruisers i would be far more deadly player. trust me BBs are useless, but im a fanboy of them they massive, which is better winning, or driving a huge ship about town!!

I have played over 2.5k games who has more experience in playing these ships ?

And not once have I ever considered bb's useless . There are one or two examples of bb that are not that great South Carolina for example. But that is a low tier bb they get better through the tiers  And they absolutely wreck cruisers.

And again as i stated go do some research before posting.

And if you select a ship it will compare its same tier rivals of that class.

And that takes all of a few minutes such hard work.

listen if you want to be helpful tell me how to put you on ignore list, i do nothing but drive BBs they rubbish at fighting, they good at one thing, lying down the hammer hard, but im telling you now, they useless if you want victories over the fun of using them. if i went destroyer route (crusier prob better) i would be doing much better in terms of quanity sunk and fights won

Umm, I hate to be that guy, but apart from carriers, battleships is the one class that is the most capable of winning games (losing them also if the captain is bad, huehue).

yes but there not the best, which makes em useless, if that makes sense. they okay if you have a team supporting them, if the team doesn't they are pretty much a large floating turd. if a fight they are nothing but as a support tool they are everything, what i mean when i say that there are useless is that they are useless in fights.. I probably try using them wrongly a lot of times if im honest, but i like them so i refuse to collect something else with the XP, but sometimes how i wish too play is not suitable for the BB class of ship.

 

Also i like to stop them, and place them into places not suitable., which leaves me wide open for attack from every side because the maps are small as fck and any boat on the ocean can reach any other within 10secs with exception of BBs because they useless, see i like to get into a stand off, where as most players on this game want to sink quick, move quick, win quick, and the repeat it. in fact if you dont try and be quick in battle everyone calls you a noob. i like to sit doing nothing to wind those people up.
