Every game we worked as a team (weirdly even when nothing was said between us), ships coming to your aid when you need it, directed fire from all ships (its scarey being on the receiving end of this), coordinated attacks and defence... the list goes on If you havent tried get in there, forget all the ranked bit if that concerns you and get in their and play...its great! pasty out 4 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I mean, people with T6 battleships that don't know how to switch ammo, people that don't know there are 2 and not 3-4 caps, people that would rather leave the whole team so they don't take a bit damage... and that's just in 3-4 battles I've played in the new season.. Lot of players that would not even win a coop battle against bots, bad ship choices like (kongo, omaha as an example), always at least some player in team that camped behind a rock, isle or position he was total useless and unable to fire, all over more or less a pure nightmare, lol. I mean, people with T6 battleships that don't know how to switch ammo, people that don't know there are 2 and not 3-4 caps, people that would rather leave the whole team so they don't take a bit damage... and that's just in 3-4 battles I've played in the new season.. Exactly! And that is just the tip of the iceberg... Kongo is a BEAST, it can take Fuso or NM 1v1 as long as you're not sailing parallel to them, and Omaha is imho the best t5 cruiser. As for few games i played in this new season, most of them were okay. There was 1 game tho where our NY broadsided me twice with HE, than proceeded to kill our Omaha while typing "sorry!" in chat, the [edited]is wrong with those people.... Needy_Game Beta Tester 346 posts 8,861 battles Report post #12 Posted November 21, 2015 im stuck at R10, and my dear god is it frustrating, every match i get a potato team, EVERY time, some are better than others, but just today i suffered 5 losses in a row, even though i was the top scoring one with high calibre medal in every match. and it always goes like this, CA's all die quickly, enemy DDs running wild torping and spamming HE at everything afloat, ally DD's try hard but get overwhelmed by the enemy's firepower, all BBs become a giant XP piñata for everyone, and in the end you die like a dog by an idiot who doesnt even know how to use torpedoes. Hatsuharu sailing towards enemy Kiev, I warn him not to and to run away. I get ignored. He donates his life to enemy Kiev, and then starts raging at the team and trolling us, several people respond to the idiot and we ultimatively lose because half the team was paying more attention to chat than to battle. Enemy Myoko at 2k health and burning. 2 km away, allied Colorado at 35k hp, reloading guns. Colorado rammed the Myoko on purpose and was amazed he died too. I facepalmed so hard... Score 750 to 750, our side has one Mahan, enemy has 2 Nagatos at 20k hp. One Nagato is behind an island, 3km away from Mahan. Mahan just has to sail out and torp him for our team to win. But he waited until it was way too late, and then panicked and launched all torps at Nagatos front instead of getting his side. And finally... I repeat, ranks 10-2... Fuso sailing straight to the border from the start of the game and sailing a circle arund the map during the whole game... He never got closer than 18km to enemy ships. Obviously we lose. I check his ranked stats after the game... He was rank 9 and his WR in ranked was 46%. 46% WR AND HE WAS RANK 9. Gawd. Most of those happened the last few weeks of the season... Ranked system allow bad players to fail their way up ranks and get carried. I recommend all serious players who value their sanity to get up to rank 1 as fast as possible, because later in the season things like those I described above will be happening again Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Wonder if I want to play more than three battles. In last one New Mexico stayed first behind letting cruisers take hits. Well, at least he didn't rush in alone like enemy NM did coming to that center in Strait... To get sinked by six torps from my Gremy finishing High Caliber for me. Why would you consider the Kongo and Omaha poor ships for the T5 division? My experience with these ships is rather good but I have never played ranked battles, hence the question. What are the improvements over Omaha on it? Compared to the fully upgraded Omaha C hull the Murmansk has a spotter plane instead of a fighter plane, making it a better sniper. It also has slightly better AA armament. For the rest it is basically the same ship. Of course it is also a premium ship, meaning you earn more silver per match and you can use it to train captains. I would almost forget the Murmansk also has a significantly better rudder shift time then the Omaha! Note that the Omaha can also effectively be played with the B hull. Compared to the Omaha C hull it exchanges gunnery range and some AA power in exchange for slightly greater firepower (with two extra guns, or one per broadside), and a superior torpedo setup (with an additional 3-tube launcher).
