Got Service Record 11 but NOT 3000000 Credits

I'll explain it a little more for ya:

 

Since you already had service level 9 before the patch hit, you were automatically bumped up to 11, since Ranked Battles (which you have earned already) are now at service level 11. You don't receive the rewards again, because you technically already achieved them. However, there is some compensation: For anyone who fits this same category, you receive 500,000 credits and 1 day of premium account. It's all fair, you haven't been conned out of anything, so no need to go blaming Wargaming for a problem that doesn't exist.

Edit 2: In case you are wondering where this 'compensation' comes from, it's 1 day of premium for Service level 10, and the credits come from the new Service level 2 (Well, 200,000 of them, I assume the other 300,000 where for Service Level 3, but I can't remember if that had a reward before or not

Which part are you referring to? The OP, or my explanation? Long story short, you wont get 3 million credits if you already unlocked ranked battles. It's literally just a re-shuffle of the Service Levels, and where people have missed out because of new Service Levels, they have been appropriately compensated (1 day premium and 500,000 credits).

That just means "[edited]you for playing this much, and [edited]you for wanting the same reward as the rest of the peaple who will get to rank 11 tommorow and get 5kk credits for it".. A total of 5million credits for reaching ranks 9 and 11.. and yet it seems old players get only 2kk form when we got to rank 9 and 500k when we got to rank 11..What happened to the other 2,5kk credits?

I think you fail to realise, you already achieved those before patch 0.5.1! You're not going to be given another few million, just because the order was re-shuffled. Service rank 10 and service rank 2 are the new ones, and the rewards that come with them have already been applied to your account. You already were given those 5 million credits before the patch, so you sure as hell aint getting them post-patch.

 

Edit: Not everyone got bumped up to Service Level 11, only those that had achieved Service Level 9 before the patch. Depending on where you were prior to the patch, it changes to the new Service Levels (A new player who joined today and went through all the ranks as they stand would be given the exact same rewards that you have already been credited).

It's either a lie, or something went wrong. He should not have gained 3 million credits, and that's an issue that should be directed at Support.

He is just pulling your leg.

Tell him that you got a Tirpitz, which can only be used when you're not in a division and has 200% credit earning rate.

Hi,

Before reaching level 9 I had more then 4 million credits,
When reaching level 9 I received 2 million, so that means that I had more then 6 million.
After update 0.5.1 I reached level 11 but didn't receive the 3 million for reaching level 11.
In general now I have 6.8-6.9 million credits, but it should be 9.8-9.9 million credits.

Today, there has been a new patch for World of Warships which has changed the rank system a bit.

If you have been ranked 9 before the patch, you did receive the 3,000,000 Credits, Since your rank went up after the change, you will not receive the same amount of credits again.

I don't get how this is so hard to understand for some people.  You will get the reward for the 2 new ranks that didn't exist before - they just inserted the new ranks lower down the levels rather than adding them to the end.  This is because the new ranks unlock things that they want available to players at an early stage.

It's like game basics. Simply too difficult for the majority of player base.
