Engine collapse too easily

I must give feedback about an engine on ships.

 

I have feel totally depressed and sad because that my ship's engine goes too easily broken and the most criticism is that when you have spent like 30sec - 1min in stand and you get your engine fixed. Not so long few second later enemy hit you again and engine is broken again after I just spent my repair kit. There must be some changes for this that engine doesn't become broken too quickly after I have repair it.
