Caps too powerful in Ranked

I perform exceptionally well in my New Mexico, doesn't mean I'm going to pretend I'm an important factor. In 2 out of 3 of my games so far (and the majority of my games on test) DD's won the game with early capping and I merely secured the cap points with medium range main calibre. The other one of the three had no DD players. 

 

I'll keep this tallied, to me it looks like a lot of people in this thread are either under exaggerating how important DD's were in their games or simply lack the understanding to zero in on why exactly they win or lose.

 

 

Yeah, except I played it plenty on the test server and discussed this very issue extensively on the forum at the time. Be as wary as you like, I predicted this would be the case and unsurprisingly every game I've played so far adheres to that prediction, so as far as I'm concerned I'm right and the gametype is bollocks. Four games is too few to judge of course under normal circumstances, but the thing is the gametype doesn't seem to have changed at all since test server so I've plenty enough experience to make an objective and fair judgement.

Some people just argue with crap for the sake of argueing. I've pretty much given up on WoWs playerbase as a source of meaningful discussion.

 

The main arguments of every person here is "you make valid points so they must be false" and "you discredited my points, so they must be true".

And ooh looks like I have a fan who looked at my stats! Good thing I wore clean underwear today! Dearheart, I think you with your obvious VAAAAAST intelligence would have noticed that ones average XP goes up the higher tier one goes up because (a) one is spending more time in ships in order to get used to them and (b) There is more XP to blast off people out there and © you get better the more you play. You will have noticed that aside from some premium ships I haven't gotten over tier 5. I don't have many tier 5s tbh. You will also notice that my average XP with the Kongo is 1500 odd which I think is respectable enough. I admit with the Furutaka its dogshit as I am waaaay too aggressive with it, but its rising a lot now as I'm getting used to it and actually playing like it should be played. You would also notice that I didn't play at all yesterday when ranked battles were live as I was busy yesterday, which explains why I was on the forums a lot as I was on my laptop as I was out and about.

 

Now with your VAAAST intellect that you would have remembered that also pointed out yesterday that I WATCHED PEOPLE STREAMING RANKED BATTLES, wherein I watched people fighting over caps with Battleships which you assured me yesterday was totally impossible. And it obviously is, because you cant do it.

 

Plus I'm 43. Don't have the reflexes of young people anymore. But that's ok. I will admit that my inability to get a the last shot in on people indicates that my internet [edited] is totally microscopic, stat padder.

 

And it does not change that my intelligence on analyzing something is totally unimpaired (explains why I find I'm decent with carriers), and that I can clearly see that you are pretty much full of it. If you submitted your analysis like you did here which boils down to "I'm totally brilliant, and if I cant do this it means your game type is totally broken despite other people having no problems. So fix it like I'm telling you." then it explains why Wargaming laughed and sent your suggestions to round file 13.

 

Now I will say that the New Mex would be one of the weaker BBs in ranked due to its lack of speed. But a superior player such as yourself should be able to work around that.

 

So, in short, I really could not give 2 fecks about my stats here as it does not change my intellectual analysis that your whole complaints are FOS. Learn to work with your team. Now go cry into a mirror for a bit to cheer yourself up.

This is called a strawman argument. Pray tell, when did I say fighting over caps with BB's was ''totally impossible''?

Did you even check my stats before throwing around accusations of stat padding? I don't just get kills, I do the damage to earn them. But then admitting that would be problematic for you wouldn't it?

Shows what you know. 12x 14'' Main Calibres capable of hitting near 18km in less than ten seconds. It's the best all around BB for destroying enemy ships in that range and it's deadly at sub-15km. It's the most vulnerable BB to HE and fires but it's also orders of magnitude better at destroying cruisers than the other choices.

But as I said at the end, my stats being "good" or "bad" means jack all when it comes to pointing out how your analysis is full of crap. Strategic analysis is a different skill to twich game play.

 

Besides, your intellect blamed me for somehow not playing Ranked battles, yet you were all defensive when someone else pointed out you have played only 4 games yourself and claimed you have done "extensive testing on the test server" and you spend considerably more than 4 paragraphs defending your crap stats.

So to one person you say that your new Mex is not an Important factor, and to another you say your New Mex is God. And even better, you claimed above that your ripple shots are useless for finding DDs, and yet now you are claiming you are God in your New Mex and its the bees knees. Get it right will ya, or else you could be accused of intellectual dishonesty and total inconsistency in your vanity Arguments.

I already know you pad your stats with low level CV play because someone else did and told the forum and you, despite loving and responding to every mention of YOU on the forum somehow failed to respond to that I'm basing my opinion of you on the content of your character and the logic of your arguments. So far its been found wanting.

Which would matter if you actually presented an analysis. All you did was claim I claimed DD's were OP and BB's pushing cap was totally impossible, strawman arguments.
