For a quadruple launcher the ideal reload time was 3mins with equipment or 5mins by hand. The Kagero, only IJN DD currently ingame with quadruple launchers, has a reload time of two mins. T2 IJN DD 2.5RPM on torpedoes is about 24 second reload... put in captain skill and that becomes around 22 seconds... so yes OP Warlock (see above)is right you my friend are completely wrong....... In-game I can agree that tier 2-5 torpedo reload is too fast, but on the flip-side the reload for tier 6-10 is too slow. For battleship, it need 80 people to operate a gun turret, first 6 gun powder then the shell, and it will be lift up to a gunnery inside turret and load the shell before the 6 gun powder, after that the range finder calculate the elevation and range and FIRE!!! (More like 30 sec or so) For Torpedo. Simply just carry1 ton of torp. Lift and put inside torp launcher and set it up for range and speed. Done! Sometimes you just get in a situation where u are along and cvs and dds just own you while with other ships you can at least do something and low tier aa is laughable if your ship actually has it Some times we all get blind sided and as i said tou cant dodge all all of the time.
