Wargaming Support AWOL

So I've had a ticket in for a few days reporting a team killing troll platoon (with screenshots, naturally) and it hasn't been answered. And going by a thread posted in the German language there, tickets have been ignored for days so far.

 

So my question is do Wargaming want to offer me a job, or would they like to give their support team a size nine, right-footed enema?

I'm 99% sure they don't work on weekeds and it takes ~3-4 work days to get an answer (last time I needed) so when you add the weekend you may get almost a week.

 

I also had to use the russian support few weeks ago and although they have big staff which  works 24/7 (unlike EU AFAIK) they swim in tickets and it takes ~7 days to process one. When you are tired of waiting and write reply to that ticket it gets sended back in the queue as newly written one. So have patience, they will answer eventually.

WG can't do anything against team killers. So reporting (even via tickets with screenshots or replays) is just a reliever. WG relies on ingame system, which automatically controls bans for team damage. This was stated many times. The only thing, which is somewhat manually controlled via tickets, is insults, especially racist ones.

The auto system makes them pink, I even used it few times (killed bots in PvE) to troll in randoms with pink planes. Automatic bans are not yet introduced, Soon™.

This isn't about the validity of my ticket, so much as their need to answer it. I understand there may well be all kinds of issues they are having to deal with from a customer service and technical support viewpoint. I was merely hoping to get a response from WG along the lines of why they do not seem to be answering tickets - presumably that there is someone vital within the team off sick or perhaps the new patch is causing a lot of issues - I know my memory has been going crazy since the last two patches (unrecoverable error as WoWS suddenly goes Librarian Poo on my RAM and chokes the system).

 

As with regards to the reason for my ticket. A troll platoon just looked for someone to bully and upset. I was in a Cleve and they were in Destroyers. They followed me everywhere constantly launching torps at me. I took Screenshots of them firing at me (eventually, after one retardedly sunk the other, they actually managed to kill me). I shot back two or three times in the hopes that a "ah come on, lets get on with the game" mood would overtake them, but no they were determined to troll. So it ended that one of them had two teamkills (myself and his trolling mate) and the other didn't. I wanted to make sure that Wargaming saw their behaviour as quite obviously while one had two TKs, the other one "looked" innocent by comparison - my faith in the automatic system is ZERO given my several thousand battle experience in WoT - and quite frankly if they say "but you shot back" I'd say Fine, ban me as well then, but get them gone first.

 

So, if they do nothing or stick it in the "we'll deal with it, honest! lulz" files, that will just have to be the way it is - its not important. What is important is I'm doing what I'm supposed to do and answering the ticket is what they're supposed to do.

Why would you raise a ticket for such a thing ....The in game report is there for that reason

 

You and people like you are the reason tickets are taking longer to get sorted as you just do one at the drop of a hat

 

Dont waste peoples valuable time

when you are insulted every 2nd battle for playing high tier carrier you start feeling the need to troll sometimes. Don't see anything wrong in killing PvE bot to get pink bombers that sink the ones who insult you then in the chat :trollface:

I am a very experienced World of Tanks player. As a World of Tanks player, who has witnessed both in-game and in videos the kind of behaviour that "should" result in auto-bans, I am also incredibly aware of how ineffective it is. Therefore I always send through a ticket.

 

I am not wasting "people's" time, I am a paying customer who is making a complaint about negative behaviour. And I will never stop.

You aren't the only paying customer and I don't see others complain on forum. It doesn't mean you are paying customer you are so important. If Wargaming must answer every ticket/report then they must hire a lot of people for that and work 24/24 and 7/7 to answer them all.
