Anyone else having problems accessing the Premium Shop recently.?? It takes me to the page were all the lists are but without any graphics. When I click on Premium Shop it just takes me round in a loop back to the same page.

Nothing on my end. So the problem is probably at your end. Maybe your computer or browser isnt working fast enough

The "issue" with the Tirpitz being unavailable might take some time to resolve. Or a lot, nobody knows.

ive marked the mail that says its avalible so if WG could respond that would be awesome since it should be avalible due to the promo-mail they sent out and theres no limit in electronic sells since theres no fysical objects so stock cant go out,

Take command of the thorn in the Allies' flank!

The only battleship with torpedoes available,
it's a fierce close-quarters fighter.

Tirpitz is now available in the Premium Shop.

You do realise that the Tirpitz was only available for a limited time and is not currently available on the EU store right?

I understand the lack of warning that it would stop being available after a few days in the mail itself, but on the shop it clearly had "8 days" written over it.

date is 29th ouf august and this guy will not understand anything that you will say. Because he doesnt understand what words actually mean. If it says now that means the tirptiz is in shop at 29th of august. But he denies that and says this is false advertising. Just a heads up he is a troll type of person so ignore him. We tried convincing him in another thread he just didnt accept the fact that he missed tirptiz sale and now he is a bit but....

I'm having surprising difficulty finding a really old commercial or advert with something like "out now!" or "now available!" in it to joke on him how something from the 80s is being sold RIGHT NOW! Maybe someone else would have more luck :)

its quite the different thing between a promo from a month or even the 80's to today when its about a electronic item that is avalible in a unlimited number, surly you agree with the difference between a electronic and a fysical object that you have to keep in stock?

Do you know the definition of the word "now"? What was now on the 29th is no longer now right now. That's the problem with now, it keeps moving around, and it loses it's meaning. At the time when the e-mail was sent the statement was true, as well for a bit of time afterwards. In no way does now imply indefinite availability. Like I could make the following statement: "We are in the open beta right now!" and it is true...  right now, but if you come back in 5 weeks and read this same statement, it is no longer true, but do you still interpret it to be true? That would be lying to yourself.

It is just like the patch notes from WG, you have to read it very literally or you will be dissapointed. Also when the Tirpitz was first listed it was in the "special" section of the premium shop and none of the default sections, that is also a tell.

if you have a timelimit you mention it in a promo-mail no? for example

" we currently have XX item in stock and this offer ends at xx date "

OR you can use

" this item is now avalible for a limited time "

if you say " its avalible now in the shop " and you turn up to find it no longer there then its a faulse ad.

do you see the difference?

now we're drifting off the question aswell.

We are but as a final statement I just wish to say that because they lacked saying that doesn't mean it could not be the case, it just means WG have been unclear as they typically can be. But there is also a pattern here, because they did the same thing with some previous ships such as the Atago, which disappeared from the shop for a little while before returning and the Warspite. I'm not going to go back to check the wording on those ships but it's quite common, things come and go. In world of tanks they're still taking vehicles out of the shop that have been there for years. I guess it could be some kind of sales tactic to make things disappear in urging people to purchase them sooner or to make them more convinced to buy it once it comes back - because rest assured the Tirpitz will be back in the shop sooner or later with the amount of money it made WG.

Alright so, sue them for false advertising then. Trying to make us wanna pull our hair while asking "why why why?" and looking up at the sky isn't gonna get you your Tirpitz which is, at the moment, "unavailable".

probably, but that dosnt help with the facts that they are using faulse ads.

False adds? That is not false add. They didnt say tirpitz would be available at 30th of august. They didnt say it would be available for a month. They only but only said now in the mail they sent at 29th uf august.

"they should have said limited offer" there is no need for that. It clearly states that tirptiz is in shop at 29th of august. "But.." no no no no. NOW means NOW. They dont lie in the mail sent to you. They said it is available now. No future promises that it will be in shop. Why are you being such a ..... ? What do you think people will do? You are just telling other people that you cant take losing. Lets say a shop is selling star wars lightsabers. Will you slap teh manager in the face and point the add that says "Lightsabers available now" with date on it? They arent selling it anymore

Get over it for god sake. You arent going to get a premium tirpitz if you act like this. You missed your chance. This is life grow up.

if it says " avalible now " and nothing that says " unavalible " or " timed offer " or " limited offer " .

thats three different things i used as an example.

and to answer your question, if it says now without a timed or limited offer i'd be walking out of that store with what i wanted if its a reasonable new ad,

its all about how you word your sale, "avalible now" is a unlimited sale , while " timed offer " is like its spelled a time dependant offer, a " limited offer " can be both time and / or stock dependant.

yet we're almost at the line at goin off-topic again. please refer to the question stated afew posts earlier.

Avaialble now does not mean it is an unlimited sale. It just means we are selling this product now. It doesnt have to say a limited offer or anything for them to remove it later. Buddy this was not a false advertising. There is no problem with premium shop. You need to learn that you arent gonig to get a new toy if you keep whining. This what you are doing is whining. If you want to sue them go ahead. If you want to ask this then there is the support team. Using forums and asking this to players mean you are just looking a place to whine and attract attention so your parents buy you one. You are acting like a baby. Grow up.
