Yes it is actually in the game, just extremely long to reach. If I remember correctly, 18 is Admiral, and 19 is Fleet Admiral for the US ranks. Didn't test it on the other nations. It's the imperial flag of Japan. Even the US military use this flag on some emblems. People need to stop beeing soft and easly offended and htfuylb(s). I think its a normal thing for them to ask everyone forgetting about it. The best thing they can do against their enemy is to make history forget about them. You swinging a flag around that reminds the things in ww2 because of "historical accuracy" is not a nice thing. I wouldnt mind seeing such thing. But flags arent just colours and decorations. They are symbols. When you see a white skull on black flag you know its a pirate ship. When teh flag is completly white you know they surrender. Its like sign language.
