Tirpitz: 8 days on premium shop, and then?

So the Tirpitz is finally available.

 

Fine, i was waiting for this day since the days of CAT. However, as expected, WG brings it premium shop exclusive, in a package with lots of stuff that is...yeah, nice to have, but just pushing the price.

While i can still live with this, since it is regular WG strategy, i am a little bit disappointed of the incredients. My biggest issue: i am forced to pay for 30 days of premium account. Usually a great thing to have, but i will start a 3 weeks holiday on wednesday. As a result, the majority of my premium time will be wasted.

I am willing to buy the ship and throw my money on WG. I can accept i have to buy these nonsense consumables, though i consider them a waste of real money. Wasting another ~10 euros for not used premium time however breaks the line.

Is there any information anywhere, what will happen after these 8 days, when the Tirpitz offer will end? I suppose, the answer will be "no".

Is there any way to delay the start of the premium time? Like making the Tirpitz a gift and start the game when i am back from holidays?

 

I would be thankfull for any usefull advise.

ahhh comeon, they wont milk anyone dry, you have a choice, and yes i bought it.  They would have to spend years to milk me dry, i know everyone dont have the money, but i believe that anyone is his own boss, and can change that if they really will, There isnt any warrented reason to rage at then just because of a pricetag, again you have a choice, do you allso rage over car prices? the price of milk? If thats the case, then maybe its time to get some income or a better job, remember, you are your own boss, nothing is impossible

Nah, they want to milk all the enthusiasts for as much as they can, as fast as they can, under the pretense that it will not be available later on so they better suck up the unwanted additional crap for 20 Euros more. It will be back when the German tree is fully implemented for the typical 40-45 Euro price depending on how well it sells now. I can wait.

 

WG is so hell bent to milk it to the maximum with this game its almost eye watering.

Not everyone can just put around £50 on a ship, that £50 can go on other important stuff? While an 8 day sale is okish...id prefer  at least 2 weeks to allow for people to get their pay packets...

Seriously I have supported WG for years literally I usually have a premium account, have numerous premium tanks and ships but £43 for a bunch of pixels where the price has obviously been inflated by a completely unnecessary package is insulting. I've nothing against them offering the ship by itself and then a discounted ship + package but I am not paying approx 50% extra for a bundle I neither want or need. This is a blatant money grab and I am quite within my rights to point it out. Insulting people on the forum for pointing our obvious exploitation by WG should be beneath you but apparently it's not....

 

Those that point out buying it is a choice are right and I am choosing not to buy it upt to about £30 and I'd have probably done it but this is a rip off so unless the price is lowered it will stay out of my port and I'll keep earning 250K a game in my Murmansk thank you very much.

First, the bundle is not overpriced, it's the total oposite. Just do the Math yourself.

Second are you certain? The post on the Website says "aviable for limitet time only" so what if they take it out for a while after the 8days? I would be pissed because I can't buy it simply because PSC does not support 50€+ purchases unless you have an account, so I am fucked.

I assume the 8 days only refer to the 7% discount sale (extra consumables for "free") and after the period it will be kept for for the same price but without consumables.

I don't get why WG do this, if they have multiple bundles they would increase sales by almost double... Basic Tirpitz bundle, prem bundle and a limited only bundle.
