Like Seinta said already it was a reward for the CBT and as you know the game is now on OBT, maybe there will be a reward at the end of the OBT aswell... who knows.

Arkansas Beta is worth being jelly. She has more module slots than any tier 10, she is only ship with "elited training" option for captain and - like it`s not enough - she has ZERO repair cost. And best AA defense up to tier 6.

And dat credits... Even Atago isn`t making that amount of silver as Arkansas Beta. 500k profit is average game.

Best ship in the game.

Don't be lured into using superintendent skill on it though. 5 uses of the heal ability is enough, you don't need another one.

Arkansas Beta is only worth taking  spin every now and then.

She is definately not a ship I really love. Sure she has massive firepower. But the wyoming has that, too.

All the upgrade slots. Surely I put 5-6 miln credits into a tier 4 ship!

I personally wont do it. I put the range upgrade in to get 13km range. yay!

 

If any carrier on my enemy team only knows a bit about ships he will wreck me in no time.

The arkansas beta is nowehere near to OP.
