That thing would have 1 turret with dispersion the equivalent of firing randomly in a 180 degree arc and would have a range of 7km with secondaries with a range of 1km. Oh, and if its an American battleships would have a top speed of 12 knots... That ship would be real fun to play with... or not... Tier I would be feasible, something along the lines of 1890's predreadnoughts, like the British Majestic, German Brandenburg, Russian Peresvet or US Iowa (like in BB-4, not BB-61) classes. Not if they insist that BB accuracy has to be a joke.
