I heard in a Stream that Bismarck actually ingame is the Stock Version.  So wait for the upgrades.

And of course Tirpitz will be the Premium ship

It's only temporarily a premium ship since the German line hasn't been implemented yet. As had already been confirmed: Bismarck is going to be the regular ship, Tirpitz the premium one.

But I think this is the early relaese of the German branch,

hopefully WG will make the Bismarck be a Non-premium

They are looking like premium because they are limited. Bismarck was supposed to be premium at first but they decided it to be free. It will be tier 8 BB on the line and tripitz will be tier 8 premium battleship

 

Weird enough though at quickybaby's stream bismarck and tripitz both have torpedoes

 

Edit: Bismarck and rest of german ships will be added at october but the premium Tripitz will probably be added close enough. 2 weeks maybe

WG implemented all the German ships as premiums for testing reasons. Out of the three only Tirpitz is known to be a premium. WG posted something on that regard not too long ago.

It's only in GameCon accounts, but in the next or later Updates they will release it

I think Tirpitz will be the premium one, as it has torps and as you can see in the ship line, it has Camouflage on its picture, as the Atago, Iwaki Alpha and the Arkansas Beta. Only other ships that also have it and they are all premium.

Also Tirpitz codes have been given out, which points to it being a premium ship.

 

The Bismarck is probably a premium right now, because there really isn't much of a tech tree. It will proberbly be moved to the standard line later. it might just be premium right now for promotional purposes at Gamescon.

Considering Bismarck wasn't designed for long range firing that number isn't that revelant.
