I wonder how many more premium days i will loose before i can play again. Will i get a refund on my premium days? LOL u must be new here. Will they answer my ticket? LOL u must be new here. I’ve understand it is still beta and I assume server might crash time to time , reboot etc., but when you buy premium there is no any indication that you might not be able to use it for a week! I sense the rage building here like on the Batman forums...although that was meant to be a finished game and this is only beta so you can understand the odd problem. That said, I submitted a ticket many hours ago and have not even had any acknowledgement of that, it seems devs these days couldn't give a crap tho.... Now that we know that the issue is account bound, looks like our accounts got "stuck" in matchmaking screen and that place is clearly somewhere between game and lobby screen, that's why the game doesn't let us click battle right now(the game sees us as if we are in MM screen). So yeah...this sucks. Only server reset will fix it or if devs manually kick us out of mm session. Im going to try install the game on another computer and try logging on that.....
