I support them by spending money on the game and then this is what I get. You know I'm a member of a community in another game where we run a server for free, and even that would have been restarted as a band aid fix after so many complaints were posted. Stuck in queue, ALT + F4, no more battles or divisions since Sunday. Very annoying because I'd have the whole week to play. Maybe I would even spend a few more bucks if I could just play. Please WG, if a server restart really helps, why not give us one in... 5 minutes? Or at least give us some (serious) responses on our tickets. Thats why i advise every ppl not to spend real money on Open Beta games because , if ppl pays for Beta why we develop further and further ? So if we pay real money, we wont to play or at least have info on why we cant play......but NO......U are scaring us with sanctions!!! WTF......dont U need our money? Why should i get sanctions? Because i am writing problemes that are real and I rage because U have no costumer relations..... We wont at least one sentence like: we will restart servers on that date and hour, or something that will make us know that u are actually doing something to solve problem just out of this world......... They probably are on it, but at some point spamming tickets and forums doesn't help getting more attention to it, it just distracts from other tasks. :/ Just because something isn't insta-fixed, doesn't mean someone isn't working on it. You're not in their office. :/ The only thing that helps is post reminders now and then it's not fixed. Getting worked up about it doesn't help in resolving it. Since they are a "small" company then they should be even more connected with the community, since you know.....player number actually matters. I wonder how many of us are having this issue though, everyone who are managing to play are probably having 4m queue times now. The sooner they fix it the better everyone will be. Even a twitter or fb post would be nice at this point. Did everyone crash at mm screen and had to alt f4 the game ? Has anyone tried reinstalling yet ? Beta tested for Starpoint Gemini 2 awhile back and the difference between them and beta testing for WG are two completely different experiences. SPG team were top notch for communication. Those companies have poor communication because they have millions of players worldwide, they can "afford" to lose a few here and there. This game on the other hand....peaks at like 36k players ? This is just a bit more than CCP's eve online and those guys are communicating(then again, they have daily 15min downtimes) I should probably go and check out the russian side of things, see how it is there.(for once, being russian is a bonus!) Edit: Just read through 8 pages of technical support on the .ru forums and nobody else is having those issue there. If we could get a restart every day until they find the real problem we would have the fraction of the players being stuck.
