This. I thought the problem was everyone using HE and causing fires all the time. HE is only for DDs, carriers and from CAs to BBs.

Fail video; you can clearly see that he actually picked the HE shells not the AP shells however the ammo type labels where switched. And for those who have no idea what I am talking about: AP or more correctly APC(Armour Piercing - Capped) have a penetrating body and at the nose there is placed a cap and ballistic cap to help the shell penetrate hardened armour and to decrease drag, the cap is clearly visible with a noticable groove just about 2/3rds of the shells' lenght and an APC shell look like this:
