I like the St Louis, Phoenix and Omaha a lot. From the 11km Cleveland has tremendously difficult to hit a cruise or something smaller . An Omaha is my worst nightmare when I'm with my Cleveland. Just keep dumping torps all game, never enter detection range. For serious: upgraded Isokaze. The minekaze has horrible guns (45s turn speed). Seriously, check the stats in the destroyer comparison: same HE dmg, plus 1.5 km range, twice the turn speed. The Isokaze has the same torps (except the 10km option of slower torps) The Isokaze has lower speed, but being tier IV, it should encounter lower tier opponents than the minekaze. Cruisers: the Kuma. 50% more guns than the Tenryu. Maaaybe the Myogi: it is a fast battleship. If you get citadels and are supported, you're rolling down the enemy line. If you don't get lucky (only 6 shots..) you can get wrecked. Myogi: gets some decent-ish AA, and is a BB that can actually go torp-dodging. Unlike.; the Kawachi, the South Carolina,.. Edit: I might keep the Kongo too, havent played with her since the updates tho, but i liked her back in CBT.
