Maybe they want to figure out which of them to implement. So 1 prem USN omaha, 1 prem IJN Umikaze, 1 prem chester (not sure on this last one, not that familiar with tier 2s). Gimme Mikasa! Cough "I'll be buying all of them regardless if they implement it. Because I'm an idiot. Also because I love the Omaha. Edit: Idiot me strikes again; not looking closely. I dont see the point in the Umikaze's sisters with the stock 4.5km torpedoes tho. These just seem weird. Regardless, i dont care about "exclusive" nor premium ships until at least the Royal Navy isnt introduced, now thats someting i'd be hyped about! Or even the Germans. I'm not really interested in low tier Russian ships and another Omaha ... dunno. I will wait until its actually sure that those ships are gonna be in game. Those are not Umikaze ships. They are the Tachibana that was removed at one point during alpha I believe. I think it was tier 3 at one point or it was a premium tier 2, I can't really remember. Also, where as the Umikaze has 120mm main guns, that thing has 76mm main guns, just more. So it isn't an Umikaze. also as you can se, they got no AA, not that it would be worth anything at tier 2. Also you can't really compare Umikaze to Tachibana. In the pictures it is pretty obvious that their main armarment is rather different (2x 120mm vs 5x 76mm) what could result in a different gameplay for them. Anyway I'm looking forward to get her for my collection. @SBS: Iirc Tachibana was a part of the IJN TechTree at t2 and got removed when the Umikaze came into the game with the longer range torpedoes and other advantages as the Tachibana was considered really weak at that time. Can't really remember, but looking at these stats it doesn't look that good. Maybe it is one of the commemorative tier 2 premiums, like the ones we allways get in WoT. They probably buffed her somehow compared to her old self but the screenshots at the website doesn't give specifics about the gun stats and torpedo stats.
