The biggest change was in added AAA not the torpedo's ( fixed bearing torps on BB's where a failed concept anyway and they are not implemented in game anyway ). Indeed, I didn't want to write the AA part as I wasn't completely sure about it. Anyway, I'd personally rather have torpedoes as an option on BB's, than not having it at all. It's not like BB's are going to be instantly overpowered the moment they get torpedo tubes as BB's are slow and sluggish to begin with & have no real way of closing gaps to even launch them on anything other than BB's and way too close DD's. However I do remember a couple weeks ago it was rumored that WG might change it and make Tirpitz the premium. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Bismarck as a premium wouldn't have to be that much 'worse', it would however not be as good because of the lack of upgrades. Still, seeing as how almost every ship we currently have ingame is the lead ship of the class it would make sense (although perhaps not - marketing wise) they put Tirpitz up as a premium and put the Bismarck as Bismarck class in the tech tree. Tirpitz had a turnable quad launcher on each side, located behind the front-most secondary gun turrets as can be seen here: http://www.kbismarck.com/tirp44.gif But aside from that, WG said that torpedo tubes on BBs are only going to be decoration for those that have them and won't be usable. Tirpitz will be added as premium and be a stock Bismark. Warspite is a Queen Elizabeth-class ship, this is why it was made a premium and not the fist ship in the class.
