Hi girls, as far as i know this little triangle stands for something you have earned (e.g. flag rewards) in a recent battle, but because your lack in rank, you aren't actually able to use it.

For example: Your service record level is 3 and you've earned a signal flag so you aren't able to use it until service level 7.

Nope, Rank 8 since second day after OBT went live. So I can use everything, that is available.

Doesn't the game client flag new features with this icon when you rank up your account? I'm a little fuzzy in my memory, since my accout skipped up so many tiers after the CBT, but try hitting the dropdown arrow on the right, and see if reacts to that.

No, that is a small white-red WG symbol, for the new features.

Probably just warns people that they're going to play against other players instead of bots, but I can't understand why is it so small.

I think it was something about Missions being active for the selected battle mode... try hovering the mouse over it

For me it just vanished... all three missions were on cooldown during that time.

No missions, been playing all day, suddenly it popped up, no flags or anything.

It means you cannot form any more training rooms (there is a hardcapped limit). Training rooms can be enabled with a mod.

 

Or that there is an open training room? I dunno anymore.

Ok, I would never have figured that out, because I didn't enable the training room...

The latest theory from the German forum is that the triangle appears for a certain time frame after you have been reported. This theory hasn't been tested though, and contacting support hasn't brought up any answer to the question

No. I have plenty ships with no commanders, not related.

 

EDIT

And I'm quite sure it's not related to reporting. Due to my job, sometimes the game is active all day and I just alt/tab to look at the tech tree or something for a short while.

 

Sometimes the triangle is there, sometimes not. Without playing (no opportunity to be reported or congratulated).
