Will we ever be able to que 2 CV's in Division?

Is there a plan to ever make this possible?

 

Me and a friend of mine love playing CV, but we can only que solo. Often meeting 2v1 scenarios. Or higher tiers. Will there ever in the forseeable future add this option?

i dont think so, not untill they have 50-100k players to support that... they had the 2 cv platoon rule in closed beta, and it was a joke, i was constantly battling 2 tier 8 carriers with my tier 6

it got found out it was overpowered in Closed Alpha and Closed Beta. so it will not happen. they got enough data for this to not do it.

Awesome for the CV players maybe, completely OP for the opposition. There is a reason they removed the ability for two CVs to pair up during CBT.

Yep not anytime soon. And it's not about OP, every div is OP when coordinating. It's playerbase problem as they will be matched 2 vs 0 or 2 vs 1 that will be lower tier (if they make high tier CV div) which is roflstomping as it was in the first week of CBT. If the population grows so the MM can always make 2 vs 2 CV games on the same tier in any give time then they will come back of course.

If the CV's are that OP it would be better to balance them than to limit their numbers per division. Seems like a half-assed solution.

The current issue with MM is the distinct lack of higher tier players, and that a lot of the higher tier players like to play in divisions, further imbalancing teams.
