Is it to have as much as possible Polish ships? Or is it because they already have a 100% Swedish (DD) and Spanish tree in mind? Or will they split that smaller Eu tree in 3 parts? Thats why i think that they probably will add the spanish navy as a own tech tree. Cruisers and Destroyers are no problems the thing will be with the Battleships. As the devs said right now Pan-Europe is not a tech tree, just a place to put premium ships, which might in the future get their own national tech tree and would then be moved.
