I guess it's all about bug fixes. Maybe it's also some last minute stuff for opening the beta? Or files for premium shop items that are available then? Just guessing

I would think the same, might be a few add things like ship upgrades or consumables.

Devs change the tier systemy pls! Why must we always beginn from the begining after we get a new ship wich is on higher tier as the pervious one but the abilitys are worse then the lower ship?? It is not fair! For example why is that my standart New Mexico can shot shorter distance as the full developed New York? And by the why a tier 6 BB is why shooting just to 13.5 km far? It's a big bull.......:angry:

I wish we could have transferable tech like in WoT, engines, upgraded guns or gun control that lasts across tiers, Heck, being able to sell what we've got multiples of in stock would be good.

 

For example, I don't like buying a 152mm 60 calibre gun several times with XP. I wouldn't have a problem buying it with credits and/or waiting until an upgraded hull to get it, though. However, if I've got that exact gun already in stock from selling a lower tier ship, I should be able to transfer it to my new floating fortress o' doom.

Hopefully the smoke for DD's is returned back to normal and we see some potential fixes for out of control fires.

I rather think re-balancing the turret turn time for most bbs would probably help as well.

 

Most of them lost their main gun module upgrades with patch 4.0 (A definite nerf) and now the turret rotation speed for most bbs has become abysmally slow.

Eh? They did not lose any upgrades at all. US & IJN get different upgrades as standard.

Maybe they are going to turn down the chance of fire a lot . Or maybe not. I see this becoming the same joke that gun barrel hits are in WT.  Or they may just chose to ignore their customers again. It's sucking the fun out of the game for me at the moment

I can agree with the loss of fun at-least. We will have to wait and see though the global NA form belief is OBT starts Tuesday.

Using history as a guide I would say probably something like:

- Decreased chance of fire from HE shells shot by DDs, and increased from BBs

- Lower DD smoke time to 8 seconds and limit it to one use per battle, unless you get a new lvl 5 skill that gives you one extra charge

- Increase range of all BB secondaries to 8 km

- Increased chance of getting engine or rudder knocked out when hit On second thought, no. It's probably not possible to increase it any more

- Make torpedoes detectable from 4 km

+ A bunch of stuff to spend money on

The tier change lack of ooomph is most likely because the maxed out New York would be a late 1940's refit and the stock New Mexico would be from many years before that (Hard to tell now they went with A,B,C instead of years)

if they dont fix latency before OBT we gonna have a baaaad time with all the new players.

 

wonder what happened between 0.3.5. to 0,4. as soon as 0.4 went online ping was 3 times higher

Latency shown is not the true latency, remove like 80-100ms and you should get close to the real value.
