I used to eat a lot of ice cream, a certain one costs 7€ per package and is usually gone in a day. I decided to reduce sugar intake. The normal BP costs me 8€ and gives me goodies I like for a game I play a lot. So even with the summer tokens just possibly allowing me early access to ships I will likely instead use the tokens for signals I would usually spend credits for and I can be happy about the additional signals, boosters and steel on top. All for the price of an Ice cream which I used to consume but was actually unhealthy due to lots of sugar. Easy. Espeiclaly when you consider I used to spend at least 50€ a month on ice cream which will stop now and I will instead spend 8€ a month on this battle pass.
