You let your team spot and tank for you (you have ZERO potential damage taken) while all you did was hide somewhere and farm damage instead of using the heavy cruiser perks that it comes with. Enemy Team had 2 DD's and you are a hydro ship playing for safe damage? Judging by your range displayed on the minimap you seem to use the wrong module in the 6th slot (you should use reload time instead of range) and also it looks like you used your first charge of hydro when half of the battle time was over - which suggest even more that you weren't even close to the enemy at all. Maybe a ninja torpedo-boat but for most other ships it's about trying to trade positively, to deal more damage than taken, but still taking some damage.
