They seem to have a limited quantity, and you have to pay in credits each time to use another. But what's the purpose? As in, what benefit is there to using them? I'd love to flaunt all the colours and patterns I have available, but not if I have to fork out credits every match to do so. Thanks to anyone who can shed some light! There was a rework, bonuses were separated from them, now its full aesthetics only. You can go even without them to battle, you suffer no negative effects. Just use those that you get for free from some missions, events and containers. Or, as already said, do not use them at all and instead sell them for credits. Their only purpose since the last year's "economy rework" is to make your ship look different, they do no longer provide any combat or economic bonuses. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Because looks. I like to some of my ships to look cool and badass, and I have enough credits to buy that. Not to mention I have all the tier 10 ships so I dont even need credits anymore, more or less.
