where my dubloons m8? Service temporary unavailable?

wargaming tryna scam you really hard with the bank transfers today, waiting for 12 hours now to get my 53.250 dubloons, payment was made using iDeal wich goes instantly trough normally, and dubloons should be instantly received. 

payment went trough normally but got the service temporary unvavailble error.

 

wargaming tries to put the problem on your end, wich isnt the issue the money was charged from my bank account already. i simply got the error, service temporary unavailable

since you guys take long [edited]times to simply fix an issue on your end ill have to start asking questions here if anyone had the same problem, how did they fix it???

It is always a good idea to repeat an action, that did not work the first time, over and over. It has to work sometime, especially when your own money is involved :cap_like:

Paying with iDeal isn't like a creditcard, it's like a transaction in a store.

If you dont have the money, you can't finish the process and instead of "service temporary unavailable" you will get payment declined instantly.

 

Since he clearly states that the money has been deducted from his account, which we in NL can instantly see as well he should have gotten the doubloons, rather then getting a response like he's getting. Besides, 53K doubloons is a lot of money, so you would expect some f-in effort on WG's side.

 

Something tells me that I had the same once, long time ago, and it "just" took some time for it to get processed, can't remember how long though.

I would suggest you add the details that are in the info box under the payment details, WG should be able to see that it's been added to their account....

Edit: The added printscreens are probably the deductions of money printscreen of your bank? 

 

Good luck, I can only imagine the frustration.

In the UK, sometimes money looks like it’s been deducted, but only temporarily put on hold so you can’t spend that amount. Then either the merchant will collect the money or the hold is released and your bank balance returns to normal.

 

I’d  suggests to call your bank, if the money was successfully taken and you did not receive the doubloons than you have a case against WG.

They promptly and clearly explained why OP got nothing: OP's bank blocked the transaction for him.

Now that’s the problem, my bank didn’t blocked anything, there’s transaction files even that showed money is payed…

Hey thanks for reply, I had this before and after like 1 hour went trough also, but I’m waiting 24 hours now… they aren’t print screens they are actual transaction pdf printed proof of my bank account containing a transaction ID code and everything from wargaming

I still think it's a bank related issue. Some error occurred during the transaction. Such thing happened to my dad some time ago purchasing a flight ticket.

Something screwed up in the process if you bank confirmed the money was deducted from your account successfully, just ask for a refund from your bank and show the transcript from WG support as evidence, in my country it is call a 'chargeback' for goods paid and not received. 

 

It's annoying but I don't think WG goes out their way to keep your money and not give you the doubloon. It is a make up currency by WG to exchange for a copy of digital goods WG already created. You are not buying physical goods, so there is no advantage for WG deliberately "scam you" out of you money.

Could also be worth checking with iDeal to see where the funds ended up, as the pipeline looks something like this :-

 

Your bank account -> iDeal -> WG

His bank was, imo, doing him a favour (perhaps, hinting that giving WG :cap_money: is 'questionable' :Smile_teethhappy:).

Everything related with Apple is a scam, all their devices are overprices beyond everything and the company is as bad as Valve

Related too apple? No one said anything about apple here? TF you coming in here to flame about a totally unrelated brand? 

Besides, my 13 PRO is working like a charm and probably will still get updates in 5 years - good luck with your android, which wont get any updates in about 5 years! 

 

I am just curious if he was able to get it solved, either through WG, his bank, or iDeal.

Bruh , every service has issues now and then. War Thunder took me 9 hours to process one of my purchases and then took me 2 mins to  process my other purchase.  As for War gaming i have never had a process take more thank 5 mins to come through, this leads me to believe its more of an issue on your side of the process than on theirs.

Apparently it is possible for iDEAL to hold the funds at their account (whilst it should be forwarded to, in this case, WG).

 

In that case TS should try contacting iDEAL, but since we haven't seen him since Saturday we do not know if its been resolved or not, hence my reply asking him about the status.
