Tier I is the PF-1 Asheville, and is historical (as she was sold to the Argentinian Navy post WW2) But the line WG have made is a copy-and-paste shambles. Tier II is Albany. `Tier IV is Danae. Tier VI is Abruzzi. Tier VII is Fiji. Tiers VIII - X are sort of Seattle / Worcester ish.
