I get 'Inactivity in battle' cuz I was killed by salvo from assault planes in first minute of battle wtf ?! what to do ? thats unfair

I pressed W and when I noticed the assault planes was coming I used an 'defensive aa fire' and I shot down two planes but didnt survived and sunk after 4,67kilometers

What’s your connection like as frequently see players joining late, as in they have no movement for quite some time after the game started.

people start saying there AFK and only later do they start moving.

 

where was rest of team in relation to you, were they roughly level or ahead or behind you in terms of looking across the map.

 

if you were late joining then the clock ticking even though you may not have joined.    Less then a minute seems quick for a plane to make it across the map and locate and attack.

 

best bet will be the false positive thread and supply the information to WG, though doubt you lost much in the way of credits and XP if less then a minute of play, in fact wouldn’t be surprised if took a loss on a game where shoot down two planes and nothing else.

 

you won’t get inactivity because you been killed but what happens before killed

You are right about ONE minute being too short for planes to reach any enemy ships. CV players should be able to tell us what is the earliest they can expect to attack any ship after the battle starts. What happened to the OP sounds then like the connection might have been slow, and he got into battle late, and while only had played one minute more time had lapsed on the clock. Hard for us to know without a replay. WG staff should be able to see what happened without a replay needed.

I have good connection I was in battle 30 seconds befor start As destroyer I was on the edge of spear

Flamus stream yesterday had him take damage from a CV in 1 minute 10 seconds, the planes were in AA range in 55 seconds.

Wow that is fast... scarily fast. In that case it's entirely possible for OP to have been hit at around 1 minute into the game.... This must depend on random things like spawn locations and where the CV decides to send those planes first. Entirely unfair to get an 'inactivity' penalty under those conditions.

Getting struck by a CV in the first minute is normal now, i've been struck by 2 CVs at the about one and a half minutes with bombers and spent the rest of the match with about 40% HP. Wonder why this game has become passive, one dimensional garbage?.

@Wild_Butter Thanks for the replay, I recommend everyone watching the full.. one.. minute.. of your battle. I also definitely think this is a false positive, if you haven't posted it in the false positives thread do so, with the replay, and I think WG staff needs to have a look at it.

 

I frankly don't know what exactly happened, you just got erased in a fraction of a second. Happened too fast for me to figure out, we'll have to summon the higher powers, I think. @El2aZeR your thoughts on what happened would be highly welcome, please.

 

What I did notice is you were setting your engine telegraph to Full speed ahead before the battle started so you were definitely ready and active. I don't see anything you did wrong, except maybe you should try the trick of turning into the incoming planes to make it harder for the CV to hit you. That kind of runs against the rational of using AA + consumable and/or priority sector, but because we also kind of know the AA is more like a cosmetic show, a fireworks display to entertain the CV attacking you so I think it's better to just turn into the planes.
