When will 'Division Stars" be back?

We have a crapload of coal stashed in the clan, and I intend to give it away to a clan member.

Planning to do a contest with 'division stars',  after all that is why you have a clan, to play together. 

Noticed that division stars are off now. Eh damn. Searched when it is on but could not find it. 

So... WHEN is the division star thingy coming back? Anyone know?

Also - maybe you guys know more good ways to 'make this a win', AKA stimulate participation.
We had some contests like this before, like "how many fires can you get in div".
Good fun to see the damage race going between clan members.

Maybe I should ask some WeeGee boffins - @Seraphice do you guys know when? 
And when it will finish? Any way a Clan Boffin can see who-did-how-may-division-stars?

Based on my observations so far, Division Stars return every 3-4 months. The one just finished was Jan-Feb 2023, and the one before that was in Sept-October 2022.

indeed, they generally return every couple months or so. There is no exact date when they will return yet for now.

You asked for them. Which shows WG they are wanted and useful.

As such, they will be delayed. By a few years

Aaahahhhh Dammit. Well any ideas then for how I'm gonna make a contest between Clan Members?

Basically I'd like them to div up and then make a crapload of mayhem. Division Stars would have been ideal.

Is it announced when they come back? Last time was kinda surprising to me.

In our clan we reward the top "top target Achiever" in Naval Battles every weekend, I.E. this weekend who ever gets the highest Base XP target gets  X amount of coal on Monday when Naval Battles are over. This generates interest in the Clan to get the coal and in doing so the Clan receives more oil

Yeah but that would be a short occasion to get to the goal, and it would be a solo performance. 

I'd prefer a more 'extended grind' and the necessity to co-operate.

As strange as it seems in our clan it works as the clan team up to help each other get the Stars needed and at the same time help each other get the highest bar, we win 80% of Clan V Clan and are always in the top 3 of the 30 teams Naval Battles, why not give it a try for a couple of weekends??

Div stars just like personal challenges are events that occur once in a while. Though imho just like the battlepass - the division stars should be a permanent feature and just reset with every new patch. 

But if WG would do that - many people that play solo would be unhappy. There's a lot of them complaining about divisions playing in a "toxic" way, rigging games or being annoying. Some even ragequit when they see a lot of divs on the enemy side. 

 

For me, playing mostly in divs cause it's more fun, this would be great. But I know how this community would react.

Could do, but it would need a lot of notating to see who got the most. 

BTW - we also help each other get those Navals. But it always seems like we have the worst team.

Well, it is their own fault as they can div up too. 

We have a 'thing' going with some other clans so we div up with those as well. 

Being solo in a team game is usually not the best... better play ranked. 

 

Also, that is a thing the Match,maker usually does OK, the amount of dives left/right.
Eh well on the left 3 potato clans and on the right 3 unicum clans, but hey

Well the issue is that they DON'T want to div up. Either they prefer solo play (cause they're selfish) or just want to hop into few battles and go. 

I have encountered them a lot since I play 60% of my battles in div.

That bit is very easy, just check the results on Monday morning in the History Tab, if it is a draw for the top score, then who ever has the most stars as well gets the coal :-)

That's why I think naval battles aren't the way to go.

I specifically want something division- or Clan Battle related.

Yeah that works for naval battles. But it doesn't work for division stars. 

When that tab disappears, it also disappears for me.

No, there is no formally announced date, but you can expect division stars around every 3 months or so, if nothing changes/

Thanks, appreciated. I hope they announce it in time then so I can prep an announcement in the clan.
