Where's my Twitch Mystery Drop ?

Last night I watched the official stream for 1 hour and claimed the Mystery Drop:

 

Then, I logged-in to the game and got this message:

 

However, I couldn't find anything new, in the port or elsewhere...

Any ideas? Is it a bug, or am I missing something?

It's not a container. Mine showed in the notifications.

You can only see it in your Notifications...

 

BTW, most likely you got the most often prize (i.e. just like we all do) and never noticed...

I got 7.5k community tokens, or roughly a quarter of a T7 premium crate which makes this the third good drop I've had from Twitch Prime drops :D

I did not receive such a message. So it follows that I did not receive a  Mystery Drop :(. Can't the WG organize anything that works properly?

It was a rhetorical question. I'm upset that I didn't get what I was supposed to get. I don't even know if I should report it somewhere to get it fixed or ignore it.

I'll have to take your word for it. Too bad it wasn't a container. That's something I wouldn't have missed. But the message at the port, I did not receive. 

It's a good thing that at least now a supercontainer with doubloons fell out for me. So my mood has improved.

Unfortunately the way the reward was delivered in this instance wasn’t the clearest for a lot of people, hopefully WG will learn for the future.

Perhaps therein lies the clue as to why it's called a 'Mystery drop'?
