How to get Kunming and Joshua Humphreys

I noticed that Kunming and Joshua Humphreys are available in early access but I don't see anywhere a possibility to get them. So my question is if I am overlooking something. How can you get those two ships?

this I'd say. The last superships were introduced in auctions and became available in the techtree only some updates later as far as I remember

What I remembered was that those auctions were typicaly in the weekend and then you had a (few) days before the auction an announcement that the auction was comming. Now I don't see anything about an auction.

the update runs 5 weeks, more than enough time left for an auction...

I can't remember how this was done in the past but I thought that the announcement was always first before the ships apeared in the techtree. In the past I was never interested in these ships because I mainly play DD. Most likely I am not intested this time either but I simply noticed this time that the ships were available.
