paid dublons dont show up in account

after ages , i buyed dublons today...

 

after 15 min, still no dublons in my game account...

 

any one else with this kind of issue ?

 

or has this game become a total fraud ?

Clear your internet cache and cookies and try again.

Obviously the CS team are best placed to solve the issue, but I recall someone having had the same problem a little while back, and as it turned out they had multiple accounts and had accidentally logged in to the wrong one when buying the doubs, so that's worth a check too.

Well i am a litte uncool about money toppics and things i paid for which i dont get after i paid.

Still nothing from CS.

 

So they dont have much time left until i open a paypal case and paying for something in this game is dead forever!

i have simmilar problem...i payed for 30 days of premium (yesteday) and did not get it (paypal charge it, WG does not see it)....they are invastigating what went wrong

Same problem, paid for Dubloons in the Premium Shop, got the Paypal Transfer Reciept and no dubloons... also note that normal with Buying you get a e-mail from WG stating in that e-mail what was baught, ive not recieved that e-mail yet..

 

Ive contacted Support and their looking into it for my Purchase glad im not the only one having this problem since yesterday..

now i got conformation mail that i payed 30 days premium (with yesterdays date) - still no 30 days ingame.

SC did respond thattheey need more time to investigate.

so someething got #$%&! hard in system

Nope gambling is included from getgo, every church claims its the only one thats the real deal, all others are heretics or pagans with prospect of grilling for eternity so you take a gamble at which you join ^^

UPDATE 2: problem solved...after 2 days i got my 30 days.

SC was proffesional and responded 3 times under 12 hours, no objection here.

obviously there were some tehnical problem but in the end i got what i paid for
