With regards to Twitch, none. I don't see the fun in watching someone else play a videogame (let alone play a videogame badly), I rather play it myself.

With regards to Youtube, few like Flambass / Flamu / MalteseKnight, to get a general idea about new or upcoming ships but that's it I guess.

 

Most I find annoying af and not that good at the game tbh.

None really. I used to, but most of them are pretty much only bitching and crying or have other habits that grind my gears. However I still watch Jingles videos from time to time, but not for his WoWs content exclusivly, I just think hes a nice guy and storyteller and sometimes also a few CCs like MalteseKnight or so for their opinion on certain new ships. Not that I personally need it for my own decision making, just out of curiousity. What they think and on how my own opinion may differ.

In the end I also have not really enough time to watch some streamer or check out the ones I don't know. When I can choose, I am gonna play the game for myself or do something completly different.
