After being part of a battle that lasted 5 minutes 37 seconds, does anyone else have an even shorted battle duration?

You've got to be joking.

IMHO, T6-8 are the best.

T9 - 10 are fantasy ship land, filled with fire, torps and radar.

Not to mention boredom, static play, toxicity and Potatoes.

Also, and I stand to be corrected here, Yamato is the only T10 ship that actually existed.

So yeah. A fantasy land.

not the only real one.
in the Soviet Union, battleships of the Sevastopol (Kronstadt) type were built, towers with Bismarck guns were ordered and paid for from the Germans. but they cheated by taking the money and not bringing it.
Sevastopol real ship.

The people who enjoy playing on that Tier and fact that most players have a higher solo winrate on Tier VII than on Tier IX+.

The ship was far from finished.

On July 10, 1940, People's Commissar of the Navy N.G. Kuznetsov approved "TTZ for the re-equipment of the project 69 ship with German 380-mm turrets instead of 305-mm MK-15 turrets and PUS of the main caliber." It took the TsKB-17 team only three months to develop a draft design for the 69I (a heavy cruiser with imported gun mounts). Supervised the work of V.A. Nikitin. On October 16, the project was presented to the leadership of the Navy. It turned out that to accommodate imported gun mounts, it was necessary to remake the bow and stern parts of the hull. To accommodate new fire control devices, it was necessary to increase the conning tower, change the upper part of the tower-like foremast, and the superstructure under the aft KDP. The location of the aircraft changed, the boom was replaced by two cranes. The bow 37-mm 46-K assault rifle was removed, and the third SPN was put in its place.

German tower installations were heavier than ours. In this regard, the standard displacement increased to 36,420 tons, the average draft increased to 9.13 m. The metacentric height decreased and, as a result, stability deteriorated. Decreased buoyancy, decreased speed. At the same time, the German 380-mm guns, surpassing our 305-mm guns in projectile weight (800 kg versus 470), were inferior to them in range (187 cab. instead of 250) and rate of fire (2.3 rounds / min instead of 3.24 ). Ammunition was reduced to 95 rounds / barrel. The Project 69I ship, while remaining a heavy cruiser in terms of armor and protection, was already a battleship in terms of main caliber and speed.

Having concluded an agreement and received 50 million marks from the Soviet side, the Germans were in no hurry to fulfill their obligations. In the spring of 1941, Chief Designer F.E. Bespolov. At a meeting in April 1941, I.V. Stalin heard a report on the state of affairs on the ships, but decided not to break the contract with the Krupp company. So before the start of the Great Patriotic War, the question remained open, according to what project heavy cruisers would be completed. The first weeks of hostilities summed up the disputes. On July 10, 1941, the State Defense Committee stopped work on the construction of heavy ships. By this time, the cruisers were 12% ready. During the war, the armor of the Kronstadt, like other unfinished ships in Leningrad, was used to build pillboxes. "Sevastopol", captured by the Germans in Nikolaev, was partially dismantled by them, and the metal was taken to Germany. After the end of the war, the completion of heavy cruisers was never resumed. In 1947, a decree was issued by the Council of Ministers of the USSR on the dismantling of these and other unfinished ships.

4:01 was the shortest one for me. It was on low /mid tiers (T5-6). It was domination I think.

Guns are not the cause of the low construction progression.

The ships were not even far enough along to put the guns on them.

Also Yamato, Vampire II, Regolo, Tromp, Smaland, Worcester, Midway/FDR, Audacious, Colbert.

I'm not sure about the Grozovoi if it was built for real in the 50's.

Edit : Grozovoi was a continuation of Neustrashimy but the Soviets decided to make the Kotlin which mini Grozovoi (Kotlin class maybe WG will make the ORP Warszawa 1958 as T10 resource ship in European techtree line)

Regolo

I've just unlocked that - didn't notice she entered service in 1942.

A bit like @LiveWire___ I tend to think a lot of T10s mainly existed on paper, but knew there's more than one.

The last time RU/SU commissioned a BB built by themselves was in 1915. Today they import Chinese copies of European cars which they label as "being built in Russia". It is unlikely that they will ever being able to build something like a BB by themselves, considering that they are going backwards in history as well as in technology.

what cars, what are you talking about?
they are the goods of a previous era of technological progress. so they are made in china. They were proud of car production in the 50-70s of the 20th century, but not now.
Russia produces the most powerful submarines, for example. best tactical missiles "caliber".

Are these products made in China?
why do we need a lot of energy for the production of cars, if they are ready to be made for us in China.
