I'm confused? Do you have the Sevastopol?

If so, you've only played it in the zeppelin mode, which might not be the best environment for it to shine.

Sevastopol is a good ship? I notice it costs 58.000 RB's.... I kinda noticed I don't like grinding and regrinding the ships over and over. Mind you, if the meta were still like it used to be, all other tiers were quite enjoyable apart from maybe tier 9. But these days...meh.

 

I think I will rather go along with OP's idea.

I can't say (if it's good or bad) as I don't have Nebraska, but there's a tendency for early access ships to be ... let's say ... mediocre.
