I can't unsubscribe from 30 days automatic payment

So, i have 450 premium days already and the payment is automatic every 30 days.

So i got ahead, in this hard economic time it was time to stop that and not waste
to much money.

 

When you subscribe for this, it says clearly you can cancel this at anytime.

 

I went to my wows eu webpage. I choice premium and then subscriptions. For what
i understand it is on this page you can unsubscribe. But nope. From here i can only
choice to subscribe.

 

Ok, then i readed that i can choice to just remove my card but, i do like to buy stuff here.

Is this really the only way?

 

Just to have it clear: They charged me yesterday, for another 30 days. So yeah.

How to cancel the subscription

  1. Navigate to the Subscriptions section of the Premium Shop
  2. Find the active subscription you want to cancel
  3. Click [Edit]
  4. Click [Unsubscribe]

If you cancel the subscription, you can keep using the service up until the next scheduled billing date.

 

 

If the Above does not work do the  below

 

Step 1 - Send a Support ticket. - https://eu.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/category/25674/

Step 2 - Resolve Payment problems with Customer Support.. 

Step 3 - Have fun with your Ships. 

Step 3 - If Step 1 and 2 have not been answered or Resolved contact @Seraphice or @YabbaCoe and ask for their assistance.  Make sure to include Support ticket Number They will gladly Help.

Remove your card, wait 30 days. Enroll your card again. Something like this.

Please follow the steps as @ItsEyeJasper linked.

Contacting our customer support is the best way.
It may also be good to reach out to YouTube's support team in addition.

Go to your online bank account, then unlink wargaming from there, its very easy
