I was in game already. Without opening the container - it automatically opened when I got back into the game it made the "you have a new ship or captain"-sound, and I was notified I got a new 3pt captain, port slot and 12900 doubloons - judging by the doubloon amount I rolled Kii. However, the Prime Loot atricle (webpage where I claimed the loot) said that the "crate" could drop Kii, Weimar or Sun Yat-Sen - if it rolled a ship. Normally, crates do NOT roll a ship you already have, but continue to roll until it rolls a ship you do NOT already have in port. Only if you have all the potential ships, you get doubloon compensation. As I have had Kii AND Weimar for a while now (Weimar has 66k XP on it, Kii 219k XP), normal crate logic should AFAIK be that I should have ended up with Sun Yat-Sen, rather than the 12900 doubloons. Have I missed something in the crate mechanics, or has something gone wrong? Unfortunately I forgot to take screenshots of the notification of receiving the doubloons and the captain before logging out, so I cannot retrieve them. When you receive the twitch drop it rolls for a chance at which of the rewards is credited to you. If the system says you should receive Kii, but you already have her, then instead of rolling to the next reward in the same category like a container would, the system simply credits you the doubloon compensation. If it says on the website that you claimed them, but you did not receive them in-game then please contact our customer support. In the case that you are not able to claim them on twitch, then it is an issue on their side. Could you send a screenshot of your twitch drops page?
