Hi!

This happens sometimes when the server gets too many requests at once. Simply try launching into battle again after a couple seconds, it should be fine then :)

Can't be more clear. I play this game since 2015 and it is first time that is happening to me at least...

In the golden age of this game, 30K players were only on the EU server, not worldwide... on any day of the week.

Trust me, Komrade, crap server, >100ms pings, continuous overloading will come more often.

Because weegee is too busy with monetizing this game rather than optimizing servers and make game experience better in general.:cap_like:

Such cases happen extremely rarely. a handful of cases per day.

I was not talking about this ''overload'' issue but servers and client of this game in general.
I play games for 30 years and this is without a doubt the worst game client I ever saw.

Simple patch updating and instaling takes ages.

 

But keep asking players for more money. Atleast newcomers you can still milk.

So, you admit that server overload happens. And as a company who respects(sic) your customers let it go???? At least this is what i understand, correct?

And you expect from me to support you in the form of bying products for the game? Not to mention that often you "demand" from players/clients to buy?

And you expect us the players/clients to comply?

Let me get this straight: the whole fuzz is about not being able to start a battle for basically a few seconds due to one such request overload.

... if this is your big gripe you sure have a nice and quiet life.

If you fell generous, it's your problem.

If someone asks money for a service he provides i expect the best for the amount i paid. Simple.

And yes, for me is an issue. It means lack of infastructure (if i can say this) but on the contrary when it has to deal with money they are extremely "creative".

Again, if you are happy, good for you. I am not._

What "amount i paid"? Did someone scam you into paying some sort of pay to play fee? :cap_wander:

 

You do know World of Warships is free to play, thus you aren´t paying a dime to be able to play it, right? Anything that is offered for money in this game is in no way related to the basic function of the login and game servers. :fish_book:

In other words: if this were one of the few games like World of Warcraft that only allow you to log in if you pay a monthly rate I´d actually (somewhat) agree with you. But it isn´t.

You can pay for economic bonuses, gimmicks, various toys (= ships etc.). None of this stuff is directly related to basic game access. And as far as I can see here you do get what you pay for in full.

Out of the thousands of requests that are made every hour, maybe 1 request to join the queue fails or so.
The only "consequence" of this is that you have to wait 3-4 seconds and press the battle button again, at which point it should work normally.

We already have systems in place that reduce the frequency at which such cases happen, and thus it only happens extremely rarely - I myself cant recall the last time it happened to me.

I can recall, it happens once every two or 3 days. Plus, every day I get at least 2 or 3 giant 'stutters' where the game synchronizes. 

Very handy in a Clan Battle, must say. But entertaining and surprising. Never happened before 'the grand move'. 
And - as long as I can remember - pressing the 'battle  button", usually nothing happens until I press it again... and again.

For as long as they have a "Premium shop" feature that involves money i myself will require demands.

If you want to let it go, then let it go. This doesn't mean that we all have to let it go because you say so. If you also want to be a "fanboy" it's your choice. All i mentioned is some things in the game that are going wrong and since the game has features that require money then the company is OBLIGED to give proper service and not excuses like an admin provided two messages above...

how are you going to hold them accountable though? Who are you to say what WG can or can't do?

Having certain expectations is good and justified. But maybe learn to pick your battles more carefully... a literal accidental bump into an overload that prevented you from starting a game for a full 5 seconds is not something that is worth even half the amount of time you yourself have already poured onto this.

 

I wonder what will happen to you if the server actually crashes and is unavailable for at least an hour... the way you scaled so far I expect you to rage to all heaven and hell and then simply implode.
